Before book delivery:

Any member after registration and successful payment, if wish to cancel the sale for any reason within 24 hours, may send us the official communication to the below mentioned email with the payment receipts. They can contact us; we shall refund the candidates 90% of the same amount within 7 working days.

After book delivery:

A) Any member after registration and successful payment, if wish to cancel the sale for any reason within 48 hours, may send us the official communication to the below mentioned email with the payment receipts. The candidate has to bear the courier charges, and should send us the book without any damages. We shall refund the candidates 70% of the sale amount within 7 working days after we receive the book.

B) Any member after registration and successful payment, if wish to cancel the sale for any reason after 48 hours, the entire sale amount will be forfeited.
